Reservations
|
| Rates are based on double occupancy and are subject to change
without notice. Most weekends require a two-night minimum stay.
Longer stays may apply to holidays and special events. Rates are
subject to 6% Pennsylvania sales tax and 2% Chester County Hotel
Tax. A deposit equal to the rate of one night is required to secure
one, two, or three night reservations. Reservations for four nights
or more require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. All Package
Deal Reservations require a 50% deposit at the time of booking.

Additional Guests and Children
|
| Several rooms can accommodate an extra person.
Each extra guest in a room is $50.00 more per day. Families with
children are welcome to stay in one of our suite/cottage outbuildings.

so that we can accommodate you comfortably. |

Cancellation Policy
|
| A ten-day notice of cancellation is required in order for a deposit to be refunded. Any cancellation received after that date will receive a refund if the reserved space can be re-rented. A $15.00 service fee for all refunded deposits will be charged. |

Gift Certificates
|
| Gift certificates are available and make a great gift for any special occasion! Gift certificates are valid for one year after the issue date and are non-refundable. They can be purchased in any dollar amount or for a specific package deal. Contact the innkeeper to purchase a gift certificate.
